On September 7th, 2022, the NNEDV conducted the Domestic Violence Counts Survey, and Our 3 Memorial Foundation, Inc. was honored to participate!
The DV Counts Survey is a one-day, un-duplicated count of adults and children seeking domestic violence services in the U.S.. The survey documents the number of people who sought services in a single 24-hour period, the types of services requested, unmet requests, and barriers.
This survey is vital in raising awareness about domestic violence and the work local programs do daily. State and local advocates, national experts, journalists, and policymakers rely on this report to understand the realities faces by advocates and survivors.
By participating in this initiative as a grassroots organization, Our 3 Memorial Foundation, Inc. is able to do their part in ensuring that no domestic violence survivor in the state of Mississippi goes uncounted.
